Senior Change Management Consultant

Work Model: Onsite – 5 days/week

Start Date: September 8, 2026

End Date: March 31, 2027 + possible extensions

We are looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise digital/business transformation initiative. The consultant will lead organizational change activities focused on user adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute enterprise Organizational Change Management strategies and plans.
- Conduct change impact, stakeholder and organizational readiness assessments.
- Identify adoption barriers and develop resistance-management strategies.
- Build stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Facilitate workshops, consultations, interviews and focus groups.
- Develop executive communications, FAQs, user guidance and release communications.
- Develop training strategies and role-based learning plans.
- Support rollout of new enterprise applications, features and business processes.
- Advise senior leaders and project teams on change strategy and adoption.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure readiness,



adoption and change effectiveness.
- Support post-implementation reviews, reinforcement and lessons learned.

Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
- 5+ years supporting enterprise-wide business change and/or digital transformation.
- Experience leading change for enterprise applications, CRM or digital platforms.
- Solid experience with:
- Change impact assessments
- Organizational readiness
- Stakeholder engagement
- Communications
- Training
- User adoption and resistance management
- Experience applying recognized change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP/ACMP, Kotter or equivalent.
- Experience measuring adoption through KPIs, feedback and qualitative/quantitative data.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and executive stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred
- Previous Ontario Public Service / public-sector experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / CRM transformation.
- Experience working in regulated environments involving governance, privacy, accessibility and compliance.
