Director, Valuations & Advisory Services is a senior‑level position responsible for overseeing and leading a team of professionals who provide valuation and advisory services to clients.

The Senior

Director plays a crucial role in client engagement and business development, working closely with clients to understand their specific valuation needs and provide tailored solutions.

The Senior

Director also oversees and manages multiple valuation and advisory projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are properly resourced, deadlines are met, and deliverables meet client expectations.

Director is well‑versed in various valuation methodologies and provides expertise and guidance when applying proven principles of valuation. Identify potential new clients and conduct business development activities to support current client relationships and secure new business. Required to have an established personal client portfolio. Foster and maintain solid working relationships in the Valuations &

• Advisory Services community and with clients. Develop cash‑flow projections using industry‑standard software such as Argus.



Enter data collected as part of ongoing assignments into the company database accurately and in a timely fashion. Manage and maintain client relationships. Develop and implement initiatives for continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Develop, in collaboration with senior leadership, a strategic growth plan for the market, including short‑ and long‑term action plans and financial goals. Coordinate closely with other market and business lines leaders to exchange best practices, accelerate innovation, and ensure quality and consistency in our customer service. Bachelor’s degree and AACI designation. Equivalent work experience or a completed degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting and/or Economics. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook). Strategic understanding of the real‑estate appraisal, consulting and realty tax services business. Strong organisational, time‑management and project‑management skills, meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy and quality. Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organisation and with external partners. Strong relationship‑building ability, proactive,
