This role involves directly managing intricate primary and excess claims across various qualified lines, including Financial Institutions and Errors & Omissions. Strong technical claims expertise and sound judgment are essential, as you will navigate complex coverage and liability issues to ensure efficient resolutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage claims related to D&O;, FI, E&O;, and Cyber
- Conduct thorough coverage evaluations and clear communication
- Assess exposure and establish appropriate reserves
- Participate in mediations and negotiate outcomes
- Maintain high standards of documentation across claims

Requirements:

- 5-7+ years of claims handling experience
- Strong knowledge of professional lines and litigation processes
- Excellent analytical and negotiating skills
- Post-secondary education in relevant fields
- French language skills considered an asset
