You will report directly to the Estimating Manager, focusing on producing Class 5 to Class 1 estimates while adhering to industry standards.
Your responsibilities include analyzing estimates, applying appropriate methodologies, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Develop all components of capital cost estimates
Lead reviews and benchmarking of cost estimates
Collaborate with multiple project disciplines
Manage end-to-end estimating processes independently
Identify and address scope definition gaps
Requirements:
Technical diploma or University degree required
Minimum 5 years of relevant estimating experience
Experience in large-scale industrial projects desirable
Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and estimating standards
