This part-time role requires a strong background in therapeutic recreation, along with a passion for community building. You'll help empower clients to achieve their personal and social goals in a welcoming setting. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct recreational activities that foster social inclusion
Document and report on client progress regularly
Assist clients with personal care when necessary
Attend staff meetings and contribute to program development
Facilitate meaningful engagement in group settings Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or similar
One year of experience in support roles preferred
Robust interpersonal and motivational skills
Knowledge of Acquired Brain Injury management
