This role involves case management and volunteer coordination. We are looking for an individual with a diploma in Human or Social Services, alongside two years of relevant experience in Immigrant Services.

Candidates must be organized, outgoing, and capable of managing client needs effectively. A valid Driver’s License is a prerequisite for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support volunteers to enhance program delivery
Perform detailed client intake to assess individual needs
Manage client caseloads and document progress accordingly
Assist clients in accessing community services and resources
Compile monthly reports on program activities and client progress Requirements:
Diploma in Human/Social Services or a related area
Minimum two years’ experience in immigrant support roles
Valid Driver’s License required for the role
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
