This role is designed for experienced Occupational Therapists to assess functional abilities and complete safety evaluations in various settings.

You will also make recommendations for assistive devices, communicating effectively with clients and healthcare professionals while documenting findings. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive client intake assessments
Assess daily living activities and functional abilities
Complete home safety evaluations for clients
Evaluate requirements for mobility aids
Draft qualified recommendations and documentation

Requirements:
Must be registered and in positive standing with COTO
Minimum of 1 year experience in assessments
Skills in clinical reasoning and documentation
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license preferred
