Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
Support patients with medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces to ensure a safe environment




Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to prevent injury for both client and caregiver
Document care provided, report any changes in health status, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams or family members

Skills
Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments
Robust patient care skills with a focus on senior care, dementia care, hospice care, or individuals with disabilities
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for mobility assistance or transfers
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards
Excellent caregiving skills combined with compassion, patience, and active listening abilities
Ability to handle cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining hygiene standards
Familiarity with meal preparation tailored to specific dietary restrictions or preferences
