Lead the daily activities of the rentals teams
Prepare and manage staff work schedules
Ensure all RVs are clean, secure, and prepared
Monitor rental fleet performance metrics
Effectively resolve operational issues and customer queriesRequirements:
Previous supervisory experience is essential
Minimum two years in RV rentals or related sectors
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer service
