Osgoode Properties is seeking a Property Accountant dedicated to managing financials for residential rental properties. This permanent full time position emphasizes accuracy and analytical skills. Reporting to the Manager, Accounting, the Property Accountant will handle the full accounting cycle for assigned properties.

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly cash flows, financial statements, and supporting property management with annual budgets. Your proficiency in accounting software and robust communication skills will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly financial statement preparation and analysis
Perform weekly bank reconciliations and cash flow assessments




Draft internal documentation and assist with annual filings
Support tenant inquiries and collections on accounts
Assist property management in budgeting processes Requirements:
College diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
At least 3 years of experience in general accounting
Knowledge of Yardi software preferred
Robust communication skills in English and French
