We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Property / Facilities Manager to support the day-to-day management and maintenance of commercial and residential properties in St. Thomas, Ontario.
Responsibilities include
Coordinate basic property maintenance and repairs
Communicate with tenants, contractors, and vendors
Perform minor hands-on maintenance using basic tools/power tools
Maintain property records using Google Workspace (Gmail, docs, sheets, etc)
Assist with general facilities and property management tasks
Operate a truck/trailer when required
Requirements:
Full G driver’s licence
Comfortable with basic tools and minor repairs
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Basic understanding of residential and commercial tenancies
Preference given to candidates based in St. Thomas
