As a part time employee, you will oversee the seamless execution of events, motivate your team, and handle all aspects of operations. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction and team cohesion. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality execution of events on-site
Monitor and enhance guest experiences throughout events
Conduct daily team briefings and training sessions
Manage inventory levels and supply needs
Uphold animal welfare and safety standards during events Requirements:
