As an integral part of Hatch’s growing nuclear team, the Senior Electrical Engineer will leverage their extensive knowledge in electrical design and project management. This role requires a commitment to fostering relationships with clients and vendors while preparing engineering work packages and ensuring safety throughout project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and review design requirements,
single line diagrams • Oversee budgeting and scheduling for engineering projects • Mentor junior engineers and guide their career development • Participate in safety and design reviews, including HAZOP • Provide input on engineering and capital cost estimates
Requirements: • Degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in nuclear project engineering • Valid Security clearance for Canada or ability to obtain • Familiar with CSA N series standards and construction commissioning • Experience with Engineering Change Control (ECC) processes
