Reporting directly to the Team Leader in Rail & Transit, this role encompasses planning and overseeing projects that align with community needs and organizational goals. You will lead a diverse team in executing high-quality work while ensuring innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and design municipal facility and infrastructure projects
Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and risk management
Develop long-term asset management and repair programs
Engage with multidisciplinary teams for project delivery
Obtain required permits and compliance with regulations Requirements:
5–10 years of relevant project management experience
Proven capabilities in delivering municipal facilities
Expertise in lifecycle evaluations and capital planning
Understanding of facility maintenance and operations
