They are looking for a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and lead their production team.

Mission Your Role : Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for leading daily production activities while managing a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees.

Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing production employees
Planning manufacturing activities according to production priorities
Ensuring quality, cost and delivery objectives are achieved
Monitoring operational KPIs and driving performance
Overseeing warehouse, receiving and shipping activities
Promoting a safe and positive work setting
Leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.)
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

Working Conditions :



Salary between $75,000 and $85,000, based on experience
Annual performance bonus

Permanent full-time day position (40 hours/week)

Minimum of 2 years of production management or manufacturing supervisory experience
Previous experience leading production teams
