About This Role The Senior Creative Producer plays an essential role in growing our business through communication, partnership and event strategies. You'll engage with our affluent list of high-end clientele by creating innovative, memorable experiences and events, bringing your exceptional organizational skills, eye for detail and can-do attitude.

Reporting to: Owner & Creative Director

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and innovate original ideas that position MWD Creative as the industry leader, using deep knowledge of trends to make projects hyper-relevant




- Lead creative pitches and collaborate on new business tenders while championing sustainable, recyclable concepts
- Master brand storytelling through compelling presentations, mood boards, and event design narratives for luxury clientele
- Orchestrate flawless execution by managing complex logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Source and negotiate with external partners including venues, caterers, AV specialists, and local suppliers in the Toronto market
- Represent MWD Creative with excellence while coordinating production teams and delivering projects under tight deadlines

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Event Planning, or equivalent
- 6+ years of event design & production experience with a strong portfolio
- Proven track record leading major brand activations within budget
- Expert knowledge of Toronto events vendor market
- Proficiency in Keynote, Excel, and Project Management Software
- Valid driver's license and vehicle; ability to travel and work flexible hours
