This full time position emphasizes independent technical advisory and project oversight. We are looking for an experienced Principal Project Manager to support our LRT Construction Program.
This includes overseeing civil infrastructure delivery, such as guideways and bridges, while providing independent assessments and recommendations. Your influence will safeguard client interests as you collaborate with delivery partners and manage construction risks during the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the client’s trusted advisor on civil infrastructure
Monitor station design and major civil works
Assess construction methodologies and risk strategies
Review contractor submissions and technical queries
Communicate risks and issues impacting project outcomes
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields
15+ years in major transit infrastructure projects
Experience in construction administration for light rail
Solid knowledge of multidisciplinary integration
P.Eng. or Registered Architect designation preferred
