Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities
Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs, medical history, and rehabilitation goals
Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, electrotherapy, and other modalities
Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to optimize outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and ongoing exercises for continued recovery
Maintain detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program
Valid licensure or registration as a licensed Physiotherapist
Prior clinical experience with exposure to musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical assessment techniques
Proven ability to deliver patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
