Duties
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat
Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience
Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service workplace is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
