Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage in current construction and renovation projects
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements
Conduct inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or system failures and perform necessary repairs promptly
Assist in assembly of plumbing components and systems according to safety standards and building codes

Requirements




Proven experience in plumbing installation and repair within commercial or residential settings
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams with precision
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction materials
Valid driver’s license preferred for transporting materials or equipment
Physical ability to lift heavy materials regularly and perform strenuous tasks safely
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and schematics related to plumbing systems
