We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. In this dual-role position, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen while also assisting in basic food preparation. The ideal candidate is a team player with a solid work ethic and a passion for supporting kitchen operations.
Dishwasher Duties:
Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
Keep dish area clean and organized at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and garbage areas.
Take out trash and recycling as needed.
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
Prep Cook Duties:
Assist chefs with basic food preparation (e.g., chopping vegetables, preparing sauces).
Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking tools.
Properly label and store ingredients.
Ensure prep area is clean and stocked during service.
Follow kitchen procedures and safety standards.
