As the Manager of Child & Family Services, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective guardianship and family support.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing service enhancements and preparing for the implementation of C6 delegated authority under Bill C-92. Expect to engage in travel to serve diverse Indigenous communities. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support a team of social workers
Ensure excellence in delivery of family support services
Manage guardianship and resource program initiatives




Contribute to strategic planning and service level improvements
Prepare for jurisdictional expansions related to Bill C-92 Requirements:
