Role: Power Platform Engineer (Copilot + M365)

Overview

We're supporting a major financial services organisation on a large-scale AI transformation programme, with over 40 live use cases already in production and significant investment planned across Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies.

We're looking for a Copilot Studio & M365 Copilot Engineer to help design, build, and scale enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
Develop solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Integrate solutions using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Azure services
Support Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment, and adoption
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with enterprise standards
Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver AI-driven outcomes

Required Experience




Robust experience with the Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps
Power Automate
Dataverse
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or Microsoft Copilot technologies
Experience with Microsoft Graph API , connectors, and integrations
Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering
Robust stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable
C#, Python, or JavaScript development experience
Platform administration or tenant governance experience
Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI exposure
Experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions
Microsoft certifications across Power Platform or Azure AI
