Oversee Schedulers and project schedule timelines
Create preliminary master schedules during project pursuits
Evaluate and report on construction progress consistently
Create an extensive database of productivity rates
Project job costs according to baseline and actual performance
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant construction experience
Familiarity with P3 and CCDC contracts
Capability to understand wide-ranging construction definitions
Proven presentation and analytical skills
Clearance eligibility for CISD (PWSGC) is desirable
