In this critical role, you will develop and maintain comprehensive schedules that guide repair and conversion projects.

Create detailed production schedules from contract documentation
Implement and maintain planning templates for cross-departmental use




Update and manage resource profiles for effective planning
Generate regular reports on program performance
Support Earned Value Management systems and reporting requirements Requirements:
Preferred bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
At least 5 years of scheduling experience needed
Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Understanding of ship repair principles and Agile frameworks
Proven problem-solving and communication capabilities Drive successful submarine project planning with Seaspan and lead high-quality repair initiatives.
