Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Lead, coach, and develop production teams through hiring, training, performance management, and workforce planning. Plan workflows, assign work, and align daily operations with business objectives. Oversee production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery.
Promote workplace safety through compliance, inspections, PPE enforcement, and HACCP participation. Manage resources and inventory to support operational efficiency and accuracy.
Your strengths include: 5+ years of production experience in a manufacturing setting, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Solid leadership, communication and performance management skills. Proven operational planning, prioritization and problem-solving abilities. Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures. Feed production experience and forklift certification are considered assets.
