Candidates must have extensive experience in industrial construction of piping systems, with expertise in field measuring, pipe fit up and fabrication to contribute effectively to the ongoing success of the company.
Responsibilities
Proficient in pipefitting techniques with welded pipe, spool install and structural steel install
Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings to determine piping system requirements
Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working setting
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic walk downs and testing to identify leaks and ensure system integrity.
Fab shop experience will be strongly considered
Qualifications:
Red Seal Journeyperson Pipefitter Certification or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of experience in pipefitting in an industrial setting
Field measuring experience a must
Ability to read and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Foreman experience considered an asset
Rigging experience required
