We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Powder Coating Operator to join our team. In this role, you will prepare, spray, and cure high-quality powder finishes on metal parts. If you take pride in clean craftsmanship and enjoy a rapid-paced production environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, degreasing, masking, and racking.
Operate powder coating spray equipment (manual spray guns and batch/conveyor systems).
Monitor cure oven temperatures, cycle times, and line speeds.
Inspect finished parts for quality, thickness, and surface defects (runs, light spots, adhesion).
Perform routine daily maintenance on spray guns, booths, filters, and equipment.
Package finished products safely for shipping or storage.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop workspace.
