Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with medical orders and legal guidelines
Provide expert advice to healthcare providers on medication selection, interactions, and proper usage
Counsel patients on medication regimens, potential side effects, and safety precautions to promote adherence
Maintain meticulous records of medication dispensing, patient interactions, and inventory management




Collaborate closely with medical staff to develop and review individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapy as needed for optimal results
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical terminology standards, and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice

Qualifications
Valid pharmacist license or registration in the relevant jurisdiction
Hospital experience or acute care experience highly preferred
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols
Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
Demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety in quick-paced environments
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
