Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
Provide knowledgeable advice on technology sales and related merchandise
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit payments
Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
Maintain organized merchandising displays aligned with brand standards
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy periods
Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Previous experience in retail sales, especially in technology or related fields, is preferred
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential
Demonstrated ability in product demos and technical sales to educate customers about features and benefits
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and POS operations seamlessly
