Erin Dodge Chrysler Jeep is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will provide a welcoming experience while assisting with front desk and payment-related duties.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Take customer payments and process transactions accurately
Provide receipts and assist customers with basic payment inquiries
Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member
Answer general customer questions and provide assistance as needed
Monitor and respond to voicemails throughout the day
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership in a professional manner
Qualifications
Previous customer service, reception, cash handling, or administrative experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, qualified, and approachable personality
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy dealership setting
Comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls
Reliable and punctual
Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required
