We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter/Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Apply primers, paints, stains, and sealants using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and care
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to follow project specifications accurately
Assist with rigging and setup of scaffolding or ladders for safe access to work areas
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation, painting, caulking, and minor carpentry tasks
Perform restoration work on existing surfaces to improve durability and appearance
Maintain a clean work setting by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly,



and adhering to safety protocols

Requirements
Previous construction experience with a focus on painting or finishing work is highly preferred
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans confidently
Knowledge of residential, painting techniques
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and scaffolding equipment
Experience with rigging and working at heights safely is a plus
Robust communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
A proactive attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
