A skilled Foot Clinic in Bolton is seeking a part- time/casual patient experience coordinator who is friendly, reliable and able to commit, long term for evenings and rotational Saturdays.
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for all patient's attending the Foot Specialist's (Chiropodist) clinic.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in reading and writing English
Experience working in a similar role an asset, not necessary
Must have excellent customer service and computer skills
Must be organized/attention to detail
Must be a team player and reliable
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Booking appointments
Confirming patent's appointments
Handle phone/email inquiries
Entering/updating/ patient data & third party coverage into the EMR software
Send & respond to emails in a timely manner
Process payments & Invoices
Process product sales
Prepare paperwork for products & services
Scanning & linking documents to patients files
Call third party Insurance for coverage
Opening and closing the clinic
Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, Google
Ability to learn quickly EMR software
Stock supplies
Disinfecting between patient's
End of day general cleaning of the clinic & garbage removal
This position is strictly for candidates looking for a Part time/Casual position/long term basis. Some evenings and Saturdays. Start times for weekdays are 2 or 3pm. Expected Training Date: prior to expected start date
