Elevate English teaching at the University of Ottawa as a Part time ESL Instructor for the TIER Program. You'll lead sessions focused on English-Medium Instruction and enhance participants' teaching capabilities. As a Part time Professor at the Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute (OLBI), you will deliver the academic portion of the TIER Program from November 30 to December 18, 2026.

This role requires expertise in ESL instruction, and extensive experience in curriculum development and assessment. You will collaborate closely with a colleague and supervise a teaching assistant, participating actively in curriculum coherence and pedagogical alignment. Key Responsibilities:

Master’s in second language teaching or TESL
Two years of ESL teaching experience at the college/university level
Previous experience teaching equivalent ESL courses
Team-teaching experience required
