Guardian Radiology is seeking a temporary part-time Medical Office Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative team in Canmore. This is a 1-year term position with the possibility of extension or transition into a permanent role, and is at a guaranteed 3 days (22.5 hours) per week, with the potential of additional hours for vacation and sick coverage.

What You’ll Do
Greet and check in patients,



creating a welcoming and qualified experience
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries as needed
Manage patient requisitions and medical correspondence (fax/email)
Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments efficiently
Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records

What We’re Looking For
Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to new software
Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team player who can also work independently
MOA Certification or equivalent experience is an asset, but not required
