Job Summary

We are seeking a Parts and Service Advisor to join our team at an automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in customer service, sales, and automotive repair. As a Parts and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with scheduling service appointments
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
Order required parts for repair through our list of qualified vendors
Communicate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Process payments and handle cash transactions

Requirements:




Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting
Solid sales skills with the ability to upsell services
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Mechanical knowledge or experience working as a mechanic is a plus
