Duties
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs according to their preferences and dietary requirements
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and mental well-being
Help with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces to ensure a protected and tidy environment
Monitor clients’ health status by observing changes and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
Administer medication reminders or assistance as directed by healthcare providers
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, client progress, and any incidents or concerns
Requirements
Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to connect genuinely with clients of diverse backgrounds
Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare specialists
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and task management
Physical stamina to assist with mobility support, transfers, and light housekeeping tasks
Reliable transportation or ability to travel between client locations as needed
Prior experience in personal care or caregiving roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held
