The Town of Whitby is seeking an Instructor Guard to deliver Lifesaving Society programs and maintain a protected aquatic setting. Reporting to the Supervisor of Aquatics, you will lead in-water instruction and ensure high-quality sessions across ages.
You will handle lesson planning, progress reporting, and responsive communication with participants and guardians. Flex hours, including days, evenings and weekends, support a balanced schedule; closing date Sept 29, 2026.
