Enhance customer experiences as a Part time Alcohol Sampling Ambassador with Mosaic, a part of Acosta Group. Engage shoppers with product knowledge throughout local grocery stores in versatile shifts. This role offers casual shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, focusing on product promotion and customer interaction.

You will prepare and serve beverage samples while meeting sampling targets and engaging shoppers. A valid Liquor Certification is mandatory, along with robust communication skills and previous customer service experience. Key Responsibilities:
Promote alcohol products with engaging samples
Answer customer inquiries and share key product info
Achieve sampling targets with interactive demonstrations
Set up and maintain an organized sampling station
Complete shift reporting and feedback documentation Requirements:
Valid Liquor Certification prior to interview
Availability for Fridays and Saturdays
Customer service experience in retail or sales preferred
