Conduct all services per established Clinical Protocols
Build and maintain Doctor/Patient trust relationships
Coach and mentor Associate Doctors effectively
Facilitate smooth transitions from doctors to sales associates Requirements:
Doctor of Optometry qualification required
In-depth knowledge of Optometric technology and care
Developed communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent organizational and time management skills
