YMCA of Greater Vancouver is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented team member to support an inclusive before and after school program for children ages 5–12. You will design activities, provide individualized support, help navigate conflicts, and model positive behaviours to foster belonging and growth.
You will contribute to care plans, maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios, and ensure protected, welcoming spaces.
