What We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced and passionate barista who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will be an important part of our team, so attitude and energy matter just as much as skill.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a cafe or coffee shop setting
Proficient in espresso-based drinks
— lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, flat whites, macchiatos - Confident in manual milk steaming and latte art
Knowledge of drip coffee and batch brewing - Ability to work efficiently during morning rushes
Food handling experience
— sandwich prep, pastry handling, display case maintenance
Strong customer service and communication skills - Reliable, punctual, and a team player - Cash handling and POS experience an asset What We Offer
