You will work alongside the Active Living Manager to develop and implement programs focusing on fitness, social pursuits, and emotional well-being while fostering a friendly setting for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate wellness programs that engage and inspire
Provide suggestions to enhance entertainment options
Drive residents to participate in scheduled activities
Create a respectful and welcoming atmosphere Requirements:
Class 4 Unrestricted License required with 3 years driving
At least 1 year experience with seniors in recreation
Solid problem-solving skills in customer-facing roles
Effective communicator with solid relationship skills
