This position is mainly focused on supporting clients across multiple provinces, providing exceptional troubleshooting, repair, and instructional services.

Ensure compliance with performance standards while developing and tailoring service offerings that enhance customer satisfaction and operational profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Install, validate, and repair analytical systems remotely
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic services as needed
Consult with customers to enhance their analytical workflows
Identify and leverage additional service prospects




Manage tools and test equipment while maintaining an organized inventory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of laboratory equipment repair experience
Solid understanding of laboratory environments and analytics
Must be able to travel locally and evaluate service delivery needs
