Key Responsibilities: • Design mechanical systems, including HVAC and fire protection • Perform energy modeling and load calculations • Generate mechanical designs using Revit and AutoCAD • Collaborate across disciplines for design coordination • Conduct site visits and support commissioning tasks
Requirements: • At least 6 years in mechanical system design • Proficient with Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD software • Experience with load-calculation tools • Awareness of building codes and standards • Eligible for APEGA designation
