WSP is seeking a Senior Engineer for its Bridge Team in Thunder Bay or Sudbury, Ontario. Focus on creative bridge design while managing key engineering projects and teams.

Your role will encompass leading the design and analysis for complex civil structures and project coordination across the engineering team. You'll prepare crucial engineering documentation and support team members while ensuring compliance with industry standards through rigorous quality assurance and peer reviews. Key Responsibilities:
Lead design processes for complex bridges and structures
Conduct structural analysis and project coordination
Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports
Provide QA/QC and peer reviews for design accuracy
Guide junior engineers and support cooperative efforts Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
7–12 years of bridge engineering experience
Must hold a Skilled Engineer license
Expertise in structural analysis software
