You’ll be an essential part of a team dedicated to quality craftsmanship and operational excellence.
Duties
Assemble pallets using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment to ensure durability and safety standards are met
Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely to transport materials and finished pallets within the facility
Measure components accurately with calipers and utilize CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines for accurate cuts when required
Perform heavy lifting regularly to move raw materials, assembled pallets, and finished products efficiently
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain machinery in optimal condition
Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of pallet construction and warehouse operations
Assist in inventory management by organizing materials, verifying stock levels, and preparing pallets for shipment
Qualifications
Strong woodworking skills with experience in assembly and construction projects
Familiarity with CNC machining, calipers, and power tools is highly desirable
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining techniques, and mechanical systems
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly tasks in a manufacturing or construction setting
Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of construction principles and warehousing procedures
