As an operator, you will ensure the safety of both employees and clients, proactively identifying risks and developing responses. Prior experience in security control centers and effective communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Support field staff by monitoring incidents
Dispatch security and emergency services accordingly
Handle after-hours service requests professionally
Maintain detailed logs of incidents and evidence
Conduct daily compliance audits for operational standards Requirements:
BC Security License is a plus
At least 1 year of security experience required
6 months experience in a command center setting
Valuable typing speed and computer proficiency
