Drive operational excellence at ABB's Dorval location as the Manufacturing Unit Manager in a hybrid mode. Your expertise will shape strategies ensuring quality and safety standards. Reporting to the Business Manager for North America, you will lead a team of 8 direct and 130 indirect reports.

This role encompasses leading strategies in safety, quality, and productivity while establishing manufacturing standards and ensuring compliance with HSE. You will contribute significantly to the Electrification division by enhancing operational effectiveness and collaborating with various teams. Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute operational strategies regionally

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years experience in operations management
