Responsibilities
Assist the orthodontist during traditional braces appointments
Experience with braces bonding and debonding
Assist with orthodontic adjustments
Prepare patients and treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures
Take and maintain orthodontic records as required
Assist with wires, brackets, bands and other orthodontic procedures
Provide chairside assistance and ensure a smooth patient experience
Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control procedures

Requirements
Previous orthodontic assisting experience is required
Hands-on experience with traditional braces
Must have experience with braces bonding and adjustments
Robust chairside assisting skills
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Reliable, organized and comfortable working in a quick-paced dental workplace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
